I was so so excited when I go the email from Rowan’s mommy and daddy, saying he was finally here! I did their maternity session and I just couldn’t wait to meet their baby boy. When I got to their home, little newborn Rowan was wide awake for the entire session but that didn’t stop us from getting some amazing shots of him and his beautiful family. I absolutely love lifestyle newborn photography.

I love the weather. The love the warm colors. The love the laughter and fun the season can bring.

I love taking my daughter outside to play for hours and capturing the priceless pure joy upon her face.

Ann Arbor, MI Family Photographer | Bostwick Family

This family kindly invited me to their home to do their family session.

We had a great time! We played, we listened to music, sang songs and danced.

I love sessions like this when we take breaks just to play, run around barefoot and just have a good time! We started off by taking a few family portraits and then the children became disinterested. All children do. This is when we took our play break, kicked off our shoes and got comfortable!

Its nice to just let them play and be the children they are. I love capturing those specific moments. It shows their tiny personalities and makes a perfect picture.

It was so much fun and I enjoyed every single second of it. Cant wait to do it again!
